A thoughtful weather plan helps you celebrate with confidence. Your rental includes a $500 Refundable Weather Assurance Fee, refunded when weather assistance is not needed.
How Weather Assurance Works
Refundable Weather Assurance Fee
A $500 Refundable Weather Assurance Fee is included in your venue rental fee. It is not an additional charge.
If rain affects your celebration, it covers the labor for one of two options: an indoor ceremony followed by a flip to the reception setup, or an outdoor ceremony in light rain with clear umbrellas for guests and chairs wiped as guests are seated.
When weather assistance is not needed, the $500 fee is refunded. We’ll walk through both options with you as you plan.
